Presentación
Iniciación:
El objetivo del curso es iniciar al alumno en la navegación, ser capaz de comprender los vientos y las maniobras básicas.
El curso se desarrollará en una embarcación colectiva con un monitor a bordo que la escuela aportará.
El monitor comenzará con breves lecciones en tierra y posteriormente se pasará a la embarcación donde se saldrá a navegar. (Se requieren un mínimo de 3 alumnos en el curso para que el curso se lleve a cabo).
Perfeccionamiento:
-El objetivo del curso es adentrarse en las maniobras, comprensión de los vientos, y sus rumbos.
El curso se desarrollará en una embarcación colectiva con un monitor a bordo que la escuela aportará.
Todas las dudas que te puedan surgir te las responderán nuestros monitores regatistas.

Initiation:
The objective of this course is to introduce the pupil to the sailing world, learn to understand the wind and the basic maneuvers.
The course will take place in a group boat with an instructor aboard, all provided by the school.
The instructor will start with brief classes on land and will then proceed to the boat to head out to the bay. (A minimum of 3 students per course is required for the courses to take place)
Advanced:
The objective of this course is to perfect your sailing skills, have a more in depth understanding of the winds and the necessary maneuvers.
The course will take place in an Optimist provided by the School.
Any queery you may have will be answered by your instructor.

Descripción del curso
- Curso de Iniciación es para aquellos que desean comprender los vientos e iniciarse en el manejo de embarcaciones a vela.
- Las plazas están limitadas a 14 alumnos por curso.
- Los grupos se intentan organizar teniendo en cuenta la edad, experiencia y condición física de los alumnos.
Duración y fechas
- Los cursos se realizaran durante las semanas de Semana Santa.
- La duración de los cursos es de una semana, de lunes a Jueves.
Horarios
- Mañanas: De 10.00 a 14.00 horas.(4h./día)
Equipamiento
- Los cursos se realizarán en embarcaciones colectivas que proporcionará la escuela de vela.
Plazos de inscripción y criterios de admisión
- Las semanas se irán cerrando a medida que se vayan completando.
- La escuela de vela dispndrá de las plazas no abonadas a partir del lunes anterior al incio del curso.
Descuentos aplicables en el precio de la inscripción
- Los socios e hijos de socios pueden acogerse a la tarifa especial para socios.
- Se aplica un 20% de descuento a las inscripciones a partir del 3er miembro familiar, el descuento se aplicará en el curso de menor importe.
- Se aplica un 10% de descuento en el precio de la segunda o sucesivas semanas.
Reembolso por anulación
- Avisando con 15 días de antelación se obtendrá un 100% de reembolso de la cuota del curso anulado.
- Avisando con 7 días de antelación se obtendrá un 50% de reembolso de la cuota del curso anulado. - avisando con menos de 7 días de antelación no se obtendrá reembolso.
- En caso de emergencia médica, se reembolsará el importe íntegro del curso, siempre y cuando se presente un justificante médico.

Description of the course
- The initiation course is thought for those who wish to understand the wind and begin to understand the handling of a sailing boat
- Places are limited to 14 students per course
- The groups will be organized by age, experience and physical condition when possible
- The courses take place in one week, Monday to Thursday

- Mornings 10:00 to 14:00 (4h/day)
Equipment
- The courses will take place on group boats provided by the school
Admission and Booking criteria
- The availability of each week will close as they are filled.
- Those pupils who could not reserve a space in their desired week will be able to sign up to the waiting list, in chronological order.
- The Sailing School reserves the right to offer the unpaid spaces from the Monday prior to the start of the course.
Applicable discounts to the booking Price:
- The members, members’ children and grandchildren qualify for members’ 20%
- If you have booked 3 or more siblings: 10% discount will be applied to the third and following children
- For each child booked for 2 or more weeks: 10% discount off the total booking price
Refunds for Cancellations
- 15 days or more before the start of the course, 100% of the payment will be returned
- 7 days before the stats of the course, 50% of the payment will be returned
- Less than 7 days before the start of the course, the payment will not be returned
- In the case of a medical emergency, the full amount will be refunded, when a medical proof of absence is presented.
