Para poder validar tu inscripción deberás presentar en las oficinas del Club Náutico de Jávea la siguiente documentación de cada uno de los alumnos antes del inicio del curso.
- DNI/Pasaporte de cada alumno
- Si has pagado por transferencia: justificante del pago de la inscripción
In order to validate your inscription the following documentation corresponding to each student must be presented to the offices at Javea Yacht Club:
- National identity number/ Passport
- If payed by bank transfer: evidence of payment of the inscription
Plazos de inscripción y criterios de admisión
- El plazo límite para inscribirse a los cursos de vela será hasta antes de que empiece el curso.
- Los cursos se irán cerrando a medida que se vayan completando. Aquellos alumnos que no consigan plaza en la semana deseada, podrán apuntarse en una lista de espera por riguroso orden cronológico.
- Las inscripciones no serán definitivamente aceptadas hasta que se presente en la Oficina de la Escuela la documentación adicional solicitada y ésta sea validada por nuestro personal adminisitrativo.
Política de cancelación y devoluciones
- La realización de los cursos está sujeta a un número mínimo de 3 inscritos.
- En caso de que no se pudiera realizar el curso por motivos meteorológicos, se ofrecería una actividad alternativa.
- En caso de enfermedad se hará la devolución el 100% del importe pagado. Se solicitará un informe médico.
- El CN Jávea se reserva la posibilidad de realizar o no cambios de sesiones por motivos meteorológicos, siempre y cuando se pueda ofrecer una actividad alternativa.
CANCELACIONES:
Si la cancelación se produce:
-antes de 12 días o más del inicio del curso, se devolverá el 100% del importe
-entre 12 y 5 días antes del inicio del curso se devolverá el 50% del importe
- 5 días o menos, no se devolverá el importe
Booking limits and admission requirements:
- The deadline to book the sailing courses will be before the course starts.
- The courses will close once they are full. The pupils that do not secure a place in their chosen week, will be able to sign up to the waiting list, in chronological order.
- The bookings will not be accepted until the required documentation is presented to the Sailing School Office and verified by the staff.
Cancelations and Returns Policy:
- The operation of the courses is subject to a minimum of 3 pupils
- In case of the course not materialising due to weather conditions, an alternative activity will be offered.
- In case of an illness 100% of the payment will be returned. A medical note will be requested.
- Javea Sailing School reserves the right to perform changes or not to the sessions due to weather conditions, when it is not possible to offer alternative activities.
Cancelations:
- If a cancelation occurs:
- 12 days or more before the start of the course, 100% of the payment will be returned
- between 12 and 5 days before the start of the course, 50% of the payment will be returned
- 5 days or less, the payment will not be returned
